As part of this year’s 89th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF), HACRO President Evangelia (Lia) Koraki had the honour of representing HACRO – the Hellenic Association of Contract Research Organizations – as a member of the Alliance for Promoting the Value of Clinical Trials, established by the Greek Patients Association, HACRO and the Athens Medical Association.
The campaign banner for the Awareness and Information Campaign on the Value of Clinical Trials, conducted under the auspices and with the support of the Ministry of Health, was showcased at the Greek Patients Association’s exhibition stand, marking the official launch of the Alliance’s awareness initiatives.
The campaign will include a series of activities targeting both the general public and specialised audiences, with the aim of increasing awareness, strengthening public understanding and fostering trust in clinical trials.
The Thessaloniki International Fair provided an ideal platform for the launch of this initiative. Bringing together members of the public, policymakers, healthcare leaders and representatives of the scientific community, the Fair offers a unique environment for dialogue, public engagement and the promotion of issues of national importance.
